In my quest to self gorgeousness, I decided today to do something for my hair! i need a rescue! I phoned a friend and she suggested this Petra and Pepita Salon, its Jun Encarnacion Group of Salon. So I browsed the net and search for it, good thing they have a facebook fanpage,

Well naaliw ako sa mga post nila plus madameng branches! I immediately called and asked for the nearest branch in my place!

I asked for Brazilian Blowout and a hair color, here's my before and after shot



WHAT IS BRAZILIAN BLOW OUT??? 
Brazilian Blowout is the only professional hair smoothing treatment that actually improves the health of the hair. Through the use of innovative and breakthrough bonding technologies, these treatments actually improve the health and condition of the hair by creating a protective protein layer around the hair shaft to eliminate frizz and smooth the cuticle. It cost me P2,700 inclusive of the treatment shampoo and conditioner (check below) and haircolor. If you opt not to get the take home treatments, Brazilian Blowout is P1,500 only. Im happy with the brazilian blowout result that Angel of Petra and Pepita Salon gave to me! for sure i'll be back to find her and do mine after 4-5 months, according to her, the treatment can last for 3 months!

Q. Who is the best candidate for the Brazilian Blowout?
A. It has been our experience, that good candidates for the Brazilian Blowout are anyone who has frizzy, damaged or processed hair. We have performed the treatment on every hair type (fine/course/frizzy/curly), as well as hair that has been permed, Japanese straightened and extensions. In doing so, we have found that with proper communication and a well considered application, everyone can benefit from the Brazilian Blowout smoothing treatment.

Q. What kind of look will you get from the Brazilian Blowout?
A. The hair will be left totally frizz-free, shiny, effortlessly manageable and with plenty of body and bounce. There will still be the option to wear hair curly/wavy (depending on the hair type) and the freedom to blow dry hair smooth and straight in a fraction of the time invested prior to receiving the treatment.

Q. Can I still receive a Brazilian Blowout if I have highlights and/or color?
A. Yes, the Brazilian Blowout will actually improve the health of color-treated/highlighted hair by conditioning the hair while sealing the cuticle for enhanced color, reduced frizz and radiant shine.

Q. Is the Brazilian Blowout going to make my hair straight?
A. If your hair is wavy, the Brazilian Blowout will make your hair appear naturally straight and healthy. If your hair is very curly, it will minimize frizz while enhancing the appearance of the natural wave/curl. If you have straight, frizzy hair, this treatment will eliminate frizz and promote radiant shine.

Q. How long does the Brazilian Blowout last?
A. The Brazilian Blowout will last for 10-12 weeks if the Maintenance product line is used. The Brazilian Blowout is a cumulative treatment, in that the more you receive it, the healthier the hair will be and the longer the result will last.

Q. Can you apply the Brazilian Blowout directly on top of other relaxers and strengtheners?
A. Yes. The Brazilian Blowout actually works best on chemically treated hair, and helps to improve the hairs condition by fortifying each strand with essential amino acids.
The Brazilian Blowout works great directly on top of a relaxer. Perform the relaxer first, Brazilian Blowout next, and then neutralize at the very end of both treatments.
The Brazilian Blowout is great to perform when someone is trying to move away from having relaxers or Japanese straighteners. It puts movement back into the hair, allowing the hair to look its best.

Q. Will my hair lose volume if I receive the Brazilian Blowout?
A. No, your hair will not lose volume as a result of receiving the Brazilian Blowout. Your hair will maintain its natural volume and you will still receive great bend and memory when blow-drying and/or using a curling iron.

Q. Can you color your hair the same day you receive a Brazilian Blowout?
A. Yes, however, you must color your hair prior to having the Brazilian Blowout smoothing treatment.


AFTER WASH....

 I was surprise, sobrang lambot na ng hair ko! i cant imagine my hair to be back like this, its shiny, smoother, damaged-free and healthy na!


AFTER A WEEK...
 The smoothness is unti-unti ng nababawasan, especially if i dont use much conditioner on my hair - take note- i have a very damaged hair talaga! haha 
So to avoid frizzy and bad hair day, i make sure i use enough amount of conditioner and i comb (use wide tooth-comb) my hair while its wet, i dont make tali of my hair na, kasi i noticed na bagsak na sia once nasuklay ko ng maayos bago matuyo.

MY HAIR CONDITION:

Prior to Brazilian Blowout treatment - My hair is so ngarag talaga, due to frequent haircoloring last year, nagpablonde kasi at nagblack ako last year! haha my fault! nangarag talaga sia ng fabulous! Now im paying the consequences! lol

But with this Brazilian Blowout, somehow nakatulong sia sa rejuvenation ng hair ko, siyempre its nots as ganda ulit ng dati but kahit papano puwede na. i dont want to have my hair rebonded kasi ayoko ng flat na hereret!

For those of you na gusto magtry, go for it! Di ko kayo pipigilan.. ok naman sia eh! Go na yan!

My skin condition

Normal to Dry Skin with visible crow’s feet and expression lines

When I tried the product, the initial reaction to my skin was so tightening, there’s a firming feel around the eye area. I love the feeling when the eye roll-on moves around my eyes; massage-feel and I feel relaxed.  After 3 months of using it, I would say I feel ageless!

Definitely I’ll repurchase it again!

Tea Tree Facial Mask

Nakakairita pag may chismis sa face noh! I hate it! alam mo yan, may chismis din ako minsan sa face at siyempre quiet lang palage para wag ng dumami!

So for my brides this year and for next year!, i have my home remedy tips for your skin.

As you get busy with your preps for your wedding day. Never forget to maintain your skin, there's  alot of options nowadays but be reminded - NEVER go into facial treatments the day or a week before your big day. Make sure you set a month before your wedding day for your facial treatments so may time ang skin nio to heal and recover!

As an alternative, you may practice the power of facial mask.

Facial Masks help to clear out impurities, ang "dumi-dumi mo factor sa skin" - yan target ng mga facial masks! kapag regular mo siang ginagamit, di na nadagdagan ang chismis sa face, ano ba yang chismis na yan? ito yung mga pimples, maliliit na bumps or parang farm ka ng mushrooms, yan yung blackheads(negro) at whiteheads(mestiza) hahaha.

Madami na rin akong natry na ganyan and infairness to goodness this works for me, to my friends and to my previous brides! It may not be as instant as what facial treatment offers pero longterm naman ang benefits.

Yes, you got it right, Now, im a fairy bride! Have you ever imagine your fairy god mother turned to be the bride on this shoot? Take note, I’m not just your fairygodmother here im also a Jazel Sy bride! I was surprised to have worn her exquisitely gorgeous wedding design, i feel so gorgeous and beautiful with her gown and wearing it is an absolute experience, its like a fairy tale!

Next let’s have Romantic Bride, she wants to be as light and as charming as she could be on her wedding day, she wants easy and simple details. 

She believes that less is more elegant. 

She would go for light and natural big waves for her bridal hair and subtle, fresh natural look for her makeup

Then let’s have the Phenomenal Bride, there are very few brides who really want to go beyond!  

She likes to be different and classically unique on her big day 

She would go the extra-ordinary designs and details for her bridal gown 

But still want to have a fresh natural look for her hair and makeup or to some would go for dark deep colors for their makeup.

And last, Ethereal Bride, she wants to be as fairy as she can be!
